Another Braves year bites the dust...

So if you're not sure who these two people are, let me enlighten you. On the left is Jeff Francoeur-- potential Rookie of the Year, and on the right is Andruw Jones-- potential MVP of the Year. So why is it with these two guys and our boy John Smoltz that once again we couldn't make it out of the division series? I mean I'm proud of us winning the division 15 straight years, but at a certain point we need to be able to keep it going in the post-season. It has now been 10 years since we won the World Series. Even Tim Hudson was able to pull it together and pitch a great first half to make up for his miserable opening game performance last week. We have fans in more states than any other teams, an amazing stadium, the best big screen in the entire league, new red Sunday home game jerseys....what the hell else do we need to be doing for them?!?! Maybe getting rid of Farnsworth would be a good start for giving away 5 runs after the 8th inning when we were coasting towards a win... I just spent 6 hours watching the longest game in postseason history (18 innings) and as far as I'm concerned baseball is done for the year.
