I'm still a Braves Fan

Don't worry, I am not becoming a Giants fan, but I am a baseball fan. And every baseball fan knows the ranking order of home run champs-- Hank Aaron (a former Braves player), Babe Ruth, Willie Mayes, and .... Barrry Bonds?!

I don't know what to think about this. Steroids or not, the man still stood in front of all of us and physically hit all those home runs. I just don't know if I feel comfortable bumping Babe and potentially Hank for a guy who we're not even sure was taking steroids. Babe was an absolutely unhealthy slob who did wonders with a bat. That's magical and what baseball should be about. This guy is a robot baseball player with a bad personality and it's hard to cheer for a guy like him. People were more thrilled with the Cub's Juan Pierre for climbing the wall and catching what would have been the magic tying #714 home run ball last night. That's sad to me. What's also sad is that the Braves are already trailing the Mets and the Phillies for wins. But I'm a fan, and I still have faith. At least I know we're gonna win the division somehow. We can at least be counted on for that.
